I've spent many spring, summer and fall days hiking the steep uphill trail to Granite Mountain. One of the best hikes along the I-90 corridor, it really has it all including a fire lookout, boulder fields for scrambling, spring flowers, summer blueberries, fall colors, and views in all directions.
