This print commemorates my first trek around Mount Rainier on the 97-mile Wonderland trail with friends, and one night in particular where we took in the alpenglow from the viewpoint near Eagle's Roost.
Eagle's Roost measures 19 x 15″ and will fit a standard 16 x 20" frame with a custom matte.
Glaciers on Mount Rainier's western flank start to emerge while carving away the lino block.
Dreamy gradients emerge while printing a split fountain on one of the early ink passes.
